Massive Used Car Fire Strikes Chicago, 20+ Vehicles Burned

CHICAGO, IL – A massive auto fire erupted at a Used Auto Parts shop Tuesday morning engulfing 15-20 cars in flames. 

According to the Chicago Fire Department, officials responded to a call at 3:24 a.m.  and had the blaze under control by within an hour of the call.

No injuries were reported, and the fire was officially struck out at 4:42 a.m. The Used Auto Parts shop at 620 W 59th St suffered significant damage in the blaze.  

No word on what caused the fire which is now under investigation.
