Salvation Army Thrift Store in Bradley has let its workforce know it will be closing its doors for the final time on May 1st. They will continue to accept donations at the location until March 14th.
Locally, the Manteno St. Baldrick’s event has raised over $630,000 and shaved over 850 heads in its 8 years, all in the name of curing pediatric cancer. Paul Mitchell the school Bradley will be on hand to take care of all of the head shaving duties. The local school provides all of the equipment and brings their community outreach team of students to help the event run smoothly.
