Bourbonnais Public Library Annual Book Sale

The Bourbonnais Friendship Festival has released the full schedule for this week's coming activities for the annual summer celebration.

The Weekend Recap

During the weekend of June 14-16, 2019 two local events were held. The Senior Safety Fair, hosted by States Attorney Jim Rowe, at Quality Inn and Suites in Bradley, provided local seniors with information and resources to take charge of their healthcare and protect themselves from scams that target the elderly. One of the highlights was a K9 demonstration from the Bradley Police Department.

Make Way for the Friendship Festival

Beginning in the evening hours Saturday, June 22, 2019, William Latham Drive from Illinois Route 102 to Plum Creek Drive and also Plum Creek Drive from William Latham Drive to Briarcliff Lane will be closed for the Bourbonnais Friendship Festival. All roads are scheduled to be reopened by the morning of Monday, July 1, 2019.
