$1 Million Bond Set for Livingston County Man on the Run for Drug Charges

PONTIAC, IL – An arrest warrant has been issued for Luis Hernandez Castillo, born June 30th, 1983, for failure to appear on charges of manufacturing and delivering a controlled substance. 

Bond has been set at $1,000,000, one of the highest ever in the county, for this offense.

In addition to the alleged drug charges, Castillo is also facing charges of bribery and communication with a witness. Bond for these charges has been set at $500,000.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s office is urging anyone with information on Castillo’s whereabouts to come forward.
