Manawa, WI – A Flash Flood Emergency has been issued for the town of Manawa. Automated gauges have recorded between 3 and 6 inches of rainfall since 8:30 a.m. this morning. Residents are urged to move to higher ground immediately as the situation is considered extremely dangerous.

According to the US National Weather Service in Green Bay, the emergency is valid until 2:30 p.m. CDT on Friday, July 5, 2024. The town of Manawa, home to approximately 1,080 people, has been advised to avoid walking or driving through floodwaters due to the high risk of being swept away.
