Kankakee Man Arrested for Cyberstalking, Harassment

KANKAKEE, Ill. – A joint operation involving Kankakee Police, the Kankakee Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group (KAMEG), Kankakee County Sheriff’s Office, and local law enforcement resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Kankakee. 

The investigation led to the arrest of Christopher A. Loiselle, a 34-year-old Kankakee resident, on allegations of Electronic Cyberstalking, Grooming, and Electronic Harassment. Loiselle has been transferred to the Jerome Combs Detention Center, where he awaits his bond hearing. 

The investigation is still ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to contact ISP at 815-726-6377 or email ISP.CrimeTips@illinois.gov. Anonymity is guaranteed for witnesses.
