Indiana Amazon Fulfillment Worker Dies in Tragic Industrial Accident

FORT WAYNE, IN – An Indiana Amazon Fulfillment worker tragically lost his life on Monday due to a blunt force injury sustained on the job. 

The victim was identified as Caes David Gruesbeck, a 20-year-old resident of Fort Wayne. The Allen County Coroner’s office ruled his death as accidental. Although the incident is under investigation by the Allen County Sheriff’s Department, no further details have been released. 

The Amazon warehouse remains closed, with no confirmed reopening date. Despite the closure, Amazon has confirmed that employees are still being paid. 

This devastating loss serves as a reminder of the importance of workplace safety.
