Indiana Police Arrest Lowell Man After Road Rage Incident with Semi-Truck

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, IN — Indiana State Police arrested a man on Wednesday in connection with an alleged road rage incident involving shots fired on Interstate 66 southbound. 

The victim, driving a semi-truck, was not injured in the incident and was advised by dispatchers to stop at a safe location. 

Police identified the suspect vehicle as a black Chevrolet Tahoe and located it after a second call about another road rage incident. 

Kevin Perfetti, 53, of Lowell, IN, was taken into custody and several firearms were discovered in his vehicle. He now faces preliminary charges of criminal recklessness, intimidation, and pointing a firearm.
