Child “escapes home” found at nearby Starbucks by Police Thursday

MORRIS – Parents of a boy found alone at a
Starbucks early Thursday morning have been found.

Morris Police shared the information via Facebook,
after the child “escaped from home” and was found at
the coffee shop alone around 7 a.m. today.

“Parents have been found! Thank you for the
assistance.” Police said in a statement this morning,
“We have such an amazing community. We have
diapers and a clean outfit for him.”

The original posting has been removed to protect the
child’s likeness.
