St. Louis, MO – Rain will taper off from west to east across Missouri tonight, with patchy fog expected to develop in central regions where skies clear and winds calm. Overnight temperatures are forecasted to dip into the low to mid-60s.

According to the US National Weather Service in St. Louis, the rain will gradually ease, bringing an end to the wet conditions that have persisted throughout the day. Residents in central Missouri should be prepared for patchy fog as the skies clear, potentially reducing visibility overnight.

For the upcoming week, Missouri can expect a mix of weather conditions. On Wednesday, the forecast predicts a high of 86°F with mostly sunny skies, offering a brief respite from the rain. Thursday and Friday will continue the warm trend, with temperatures reaching 87°F and 89°F, respectively, and partly cloudy conditions.

The weekend will see a significant rise in temperatures. Saturday is expected to be sunny with highs around 92°F, while Sunday will be even hotter, with temperatures soaring to 95°F. The heatwave will persist into next week, with Monday reaching a high of 97°F and Tuesday slightly cooler at 96°F.
