Shootout at Palos Hills Phone Store, No Injuries Reported Saturday

PALOS HILLS, Ill. – Palos Hills Police Department responded to a report of a disturbance at Elite Mobile on 103rd Street at around 1:55 PM today. 

According to eyewitnesses, an argument broke out between a man and an old acquaintance inside the store. The man then left the store and met up with several unknown individuals in the parking lot.

The unknown individuals then reportedly opened fire multiple times at the old acquaintance who was still inside the store. The suspects fled the scene in their vehicles, heading southbound on Harlem Avenue. 

No injuries were reported.

Palos Hills Police Department has deemed this an isolated incident, and there is no known threat to the public. The incident is currently being investigated, and authorities are asking anyone with information about the incident to come forward.

The motive behind the shooting remains unclear, and police have not identified any suspects in the case.
