Horace, ND – Head-On Collision Injures Four, Driver Arrested for DUI

Horace, ND – An 18-year-old woman was involved in a serious head-on collision late Thursday night.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 10:55 p.m. at the intersection of Cass Co. Rd. 17 and 6th Ave N. The woman, identified as Moser, was driving a Buick southbound when she crossed into the northbound lane and struck a Honda driven by a 16-year-old girl. Three juveniles in the Honda suffered serious injuries and were taken to Sanford Hospital in Fargo.

Moser, who had a prior hit-and-run incident in Fargo, was arrested for DUI. The crash remains under investigation.
