The Chicago Blackhawks have been playing some great hockey as of late. They find themselves on a seven game win streak after their 5-2 victory over the Detroit Red Wings Sunday afternoon February 10th at the United Center in Chicago. Cam Ward Blackhawks goalie had 43 saves on 45 shots.

The Blackhawks started off the season slow. In November of 2018 they fired coach Joel Quenneville. Quenneville coached the Blackhawks to three Stanley Cup championships 2010, 2013 and 2015. Jeremy Colliton took over for the Quenneville as coach.

Right winger Patrick Kane(88) continued his hot scoring streak extending it to 14 in as many games. Kane has 33 goals total on the season. Also extending their scoring streak to 7 games, was captain and center for the Blackhawks, Jonathon Toews(19). Toews has 25 goals on the season. The Blackhawks find themselves 4 points out of the final wild card spot in the Western Conference. The Blackhawks look to extend their winning streak to 8 when they take on the Boston Bruins on Tuesday, February 12th.
