WHEATON, IL – Local residents were in for a treat as a Wheaton home showcased pumpkins of jaw-dropping sizes this week.
At the heart of the display sits a gargantuan pumpkin, weighing an impressive 1,850 pounds, labeled as “The Biggest Pumpkin Grown in Illinois!” as of September 30, 2023.
The pumpkin, which was weighed at Heap’s Giant Pumpkin Farm in Minooka, IL, wasn’t the only spectacle. A neighboring sign thanked “Wheaton Mulch & our neighbors” for assisting in the Herculean task of moving these gigantic gourds. This house has truly turned into a must-visit fall attraction!
