LIVINGSTON COUNTY – One person is dead following a shooting in South Streator Friday afternoon.
According to Livingston County Sheriff Tony Childress, multiple victims reported in a shooting near 14th Street and Park in South Streator around 2 pm Friday. That incident resulted in the death of 26-year-old Rene Dominic Lipumano Ramos. Sheriff’s police believe the incident to be an isolated one with no further danger to the public at this time.
The shooting is now under investigation.
