Lisle, Illinois – In celebration of Giving Tuesday on November 28, Spay Illinois is launching a fundraiser with the goal of raising at least $7,500.

These funds are earmarked for two new surgical tables for their upcoming clinic, which will enhance their capacity for spay and neuter surgeries and contribute to veterinarian training. This initiative is in response to the increasing pet overpopulation issue in Illinois.

Kathi Daniels, Founder and CEO of Spay Illinois, highlights the urgency of addressing the influx of animals in shelters, emphasizing the need for spaying and neutering pets. An anonymous donor has offered to match donations up to $5,000. Contributions can be made at https://www.spayillinois.org/GivingTuesday

Spay Illinois, established in 2009, has already achieved the milestone of spaying and neutering 100,000 pets, and is committed to providing affordable veterinary services and education. More information is available at www.spayillinois.org.
