Indianapolis, IN – Partial Collapse as Firefighters Tackle North College Ave Blaze Monday

Indianapolis, IN – Firefighters in Indianapolis faced a challenging situation as a two-story vacant building on 3925 N College Ave was engulfed in flames. 

The Indianapolis Fire Department was called to the scene on Monday at approximately 7:49 PM. Upon arrival, the commanding officer immediately ordered defensive operations due to the building’s compromised structural integrity, which led to a partial collapse. 

The fire was successfully brought under control within an hour, and no injuries were reported. The building has been marked as unsafe by the Building Authority, and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
