Bourbonnais Teen Arrested for Driving with Suspended License in Morris

MORRIS, IL – A Bourbonnais teen was taken into custody Thursday for driving with a suspended license.

According to Morris Police it happened May 18th when officers pulled over James Wallace, 18 of Bourbonnais, for the alleged offense. Wallace was taken into custody but later released after posting bond.

Driving with a suspended license is a misdemeanor offense under Illinois law.  If convicted, Wallace could face a maximum sentence of 364 days in jail and a fine of $2,500.00, plus legal fees.
