Braidwood, IL – A traffic advisory has been issued for Route 53 between Division Street and Kankakee Street in Godley due to downed power lines and poles. According to the Braidwood ESDA, ComEd has been notified and repairs will be extended. Route 53 will remain closed for an extended period.
The entrance to Constellation Energy Braidwood Station remains accessible via Division Street. Drivers are urged to use caution and seek alternate routes.
