A Logansport man was arrested over the weekend following multiple reports of a prowler in the Marleton Hills and Walnut Ridge neighborhoods.
According to the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, numerous calls were received by Cass County Central Dispatch reporting a prowler dressed in all black. On Sunday, at approximately 10:00 PM, Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies and Logansport Police officers initiated surveillance in the area. By 11:15 PM, a drone operator observed a person walking through the wooded areas. A short foot pursuit ensued, leading to the apprehension of 58-year-old Ricky Arion.
Arion faces multiple charges, including four counts of voyeurism, four counts of attempted voyeurism, resisting law enforcement, and four counts of trespassing. The investigation remains ongoing.
