Fatal Crash Claims Life of South Holland Man in Crete Township Crash

Crete Township, IL – A tragic motor vehicle crash at the junction of Steger Road and Torrence Avenue in Crete Township claimed the life of Anthony Singletary, a 69-year-old man from South Holland. 

According to the Will County Coroner’s Office, Singletary was pronounced deceased at 2:45 am on Friday, March 22, 2024. The Cook County Sheriff’s Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the collision. An autopsy has been conducted, with the final cause and manner of death awaiting the results of further Autopsy, Police, and toxicological reports.
