LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Indiana State Police are currently investigating a significant single-vehicle crash involving a semi tractor trailer on I-65 northbound, near the 174-mile marker in Tippecanoe County. The early Friday morning incident resulted in the right two lanes being closed, causing potential traffic delays for motorists.

Thankfully, no injuries have been reported.

However, the semi sustained severe damage after colliding and mounting a concrete barricade. The cause of the crash remains undetermined.

Authorities urge drivers to steer clear of the affected area for the next few hours to ensure safety and efficient clearance operations.
