Indianapolis Heatwave: Central Indiana Temperatures to Soar Near 90 Degrees

Indianapolis, IN – Central Indiana is bracing for a heatwave as temperatures are forecasted to approach 90 degrees by the end of the week.

According to the US National Weather Service Indianapolis, the area will see a significant rise in temperatures, starting Thursday with a high of 90 degrees. The warm trend is expected to continue into the weekend, with highs ranging from 85 to 92 degrees. Humidity will increase as well, with dew points in the 60s.

Next week, confidence is growing that Central Indiana will experience its hottest temperatures of the year, accompanied by humid conditions. Residents are advised to limit outdoor activities and stay hydrated.
