Residents of Central Indiana should prepare for a week of fluctuating weather, with thunderstorms predicted early to mid-week.
According to the US National Weather Service in Indianapolis, after a brief warmer period, thunderstorms are anticipated from Monday through Thursday. Monday will start off with partly cloudy skies and temperatures ranging from a high of 88 degrees to a low of 83 degrees. On Tuesday, the storms are expected to bring temperatures down slightly, with highs between 84 and 87 degrees and lows in the mid-70s.
Wednesday will see continued storm activity, with temperatures ranging from a high of 81 degrees to a low of 84 degrees. By Thursday, the weather is expected to cool further, with highs between 78 and 84 degrees and lows dipping into the upper 60s.
