Joliet, IL – Responding to the pressing need for food assistance in the community, the Diocese of Joliet’s Catholic Charities has announced its Mobile Food Pantry schedule for February 2024. This initiative stands out as a beacon of support, offering a series of seven stops throughout the area where residents can receive help without the barrier of registration.
According to Catholic Charities, the pantry on wheels will begin its service on February 2nd at Kuzma Care Cottage in Wilmington, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. It is designed as a contact-free, drive-through experience, emphasizing ease and safety for participants. The schedule is as follows:
- Feb 2: Kuzma Care Cottage, Wilmington, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Feb 9: Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Joliet, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Feb 16: St. Joseph, Bradley, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Feb 19: St. Mary Immaculate, Plainfield, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Feb 20: St. Joan of Arc, Lisle, 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Feb 21: Our Lady of Mercy, Aurora, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Feb 26: St. Lawrence, South Wilmington, 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
