A keystone to close the Arch on the new I-74 Interstate Bridge connecting Bettendorf, Iowa to Moline Illinois was set in place today.
Officially known as the Iowa-Illinois Memorial Bridge, engineers and iron-workers took measurements this morning to ensure a safe fit.
