According to Sheriff Adam Diss, 78 compliance checks were conducted throughout the county, with three offenders found to be out of compliance. Randy D. Barile, 59, of Marseilles was arrested for failure to register a new address as a sex offender and was taken to the LaSalle County Jail, where he will be held until his bond hearing tomorrow morning.
