WATSEKA, IL – The Watseka Police Department swiftly acted upon receiving a series of automated bomb threats targeting numerous local businesses Friday. 

Taking immediate precautions, law enforcement officials diligently worked to secure the affected establishments. Collaborating with the Iroquois County Sheriff’s Department, the businesses were evacuated, and thorough searches were conducted to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
