Schaumburg, IL: Urgent Search for Missing Endangered Man

Schaumburg, IL – The Schaumburg Police Department has issued an urgent alert for a missing endangered person, Robert Schindler, last seen early this morning in Schaumburg.

According to the Schaumburg Police, Schindler is a 42-year-old white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last observed wearing a blue coat and dark grey sweatpants. Concerns are heightened due to Schindler’s suicidal statements prior to his disappearance. The public is advised to call 911 immediately if they encounter him and to refrain from approaching.

The police are utilizing extensive resources in their search, including a significant presence in multiple areas. An automated missing person message has been broadcasted through Northwest Central Dispatch to aid in locating Schindler.
