BOURBONNAIS – Illinois State Police have identified a man involved in a fatal crash Sunday near the Bourbonnais Parkway on I-57.

State Troopers report 30-year-old Antonio C. Hill was the man ejected from a Pontiac he was driving Sunday afternoon after running off the interstate and into a ditch. It’s still unknown at this time what caused Hill’s car to veer off the roadway.

Hill was alone in his car when it crashed. A lifeline helicopter was dispatched to the scene that closed off portions of the interstate for a time Sunday night.

Hill was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital after arriving.
