Kenosha County, WI – A routine traffic stop for speeding in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, has led to the unexpected arrest of three Milwaukee men on kidnapping charges.

According to Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department reports, it began during a late-night stop on January 7th, when a kidnapping incident was uncovered following the apprehension of a vehicle traveling at high speeds. The Deputy conducting the stop noticed one of the passengers had visible facial injuries and blood-stained clothing, sparking an immediate investigation. This led to the revelation that the injured man had been kidnapped by the other occupants of the vehicle.

Further complicating the case, the kidnapped individual, identified as Rafael-Alfonso Farjardo-Gonzalez, was under investigation by Milwaukee Police for a child sex crime. Following an interview with Milwaukee Police Detectives, Farjardo-Gonzalez was taken into custody.
