CHICAGO, IL – A routine Amazon delivery took a terrifying turn as a driver was viciously attacked on Friday evening.
According to Chicago Police it happened around 3 p.m. in the 3000 block of South Michigan Avenue when a 22-year-old Amazon delivery driver found herself in distress when her delivery truck refused to start. While she continued to try and move the vehicle, an agitated driver who was temporarily blocked in reporting pulled out a knife and stabbed the woman multiple times throughout her body.
The driver was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition. No arrests have been made in the case. An investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
