COVID-19: With 36 cases Thursday, Kankakee County has announced 128 cases this week

Kankakee County Health Department announced Thursday afternoon 36 new COVID-19 cases as County numbers expanded to 543 cases since the pandemic began. Among the new cases today included three area teens.

The County Health Department has announced 128 new COVID-19 cases this week.

No new deaths were announced Thursday.  Recoveries grew to 122 as of Thursday afternoon.

Cases increased on Thursday via IDPH reporting in Manteno, Bourbonnais, Bradley and Kankakee. Here’s how cases break down across Kankakee County via confirmed Zip Codes on Thursday:

  • 22 Cases (Manteno)
  • 71 Cases (Bourbonnais)
  • 29 Cases (Bradley)
  • 250 Cases (Kankakee)
  • 12 Cases (St. Anne)
  • 13 Cases (Momence)
  • 15 Cases (Pembroke)
  • 8 Cases (Chebanse)
