Small Plane Emergency at Dupage Airport in West Chicago Sunday

West Chicago, IL – A small plane carrying two people on board reported a fuel leak while approaching Runway 2 at Dupage Airport on Sunday afternoon. 

Emergency vehicles staged in preparation for the plane’s landing, as the leak was estimated to be 10 gallons of fuel.

The pilot of the plane has not provided any further details about the situation, but emergency responders were on high alert during the landing.
