Elderly Illinois Woman’s Homicide Shocks Burbank Community

BURBANK, IL – A shocking discovery unfolded in Burbank as police found a 77-year-old woman dead in her home during a well-being check on Tuesday afternoon. 

The incident, located in the 8500 block of South Normandy Avenue, has been ruled a homicide by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office. However, authorities assure the public that this seems to be an isolated event, and there is no immediate danger. 

An active investigation is ongoing, and further updates will be provided.
