Kankakee County, IL – Kankakee County’s 2023 birth statistics reveal a fascinating trend in baby names, with over 1,100 children born.

According to the Kankakee County Clerk, Dan Hendrickson, the county registered 1,106 births last year. Among these, the names Noah, Lucas, Avery, and Ava stood out as the most popular choices for newborns. This figure represents a slight decline from 2022, with 117 fewer births recorded.
