Boost Your Cooking Skills in Kankakee: Free ‘Create Better Health’ Classes This Summer

Kankakee, IL – This summer, the Catholic Charities Diocese of Joliet is launching a free cooking class series aimed at promoting healthier eating habits among adults and families.

The “Create Better Health” classes will be held every Tuesday from June 11 to July 30, between 10:00 am and 11:30 am, at 900 West Jeffery Street, Kankakee. These sessions offer a unique opportunity to learn how to prepare nutritious meals using simple ingredients available in any home kitchen.

Space is limited, so those interested should make reservations by June 3 by calling 815-933-7791, extension 9910. Join the community in learning to cook well, eat healthily, and live better this season!
