Bourbonnais Break-In: Residents on Alert After Daytime Burglary

BOURBONNAIS – Residents are on the lookout in Bourbonnais after a residential burglary took place in broad daylight on Thursday. 

According to reports it began around 2:55 pm, when an unidentified individual broke into a residence in the 300 block of W John Casey Rd. No dollar amount of damage or items taken during the crime itself has been announced by investigators.

Officials are urging residents to be vigilant and ensure their homes are secure. Details surrounding the incident remain scanty as the investigation unfolds. Local authorities are asking anyone with information to come forward.
