Bourbonnais, IL – Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois, is set to host its annual summer soccer camps, providing opportunities for youth development in sports. The university has announced two sessions, the first from June 10-13 and the second from July 8-11, 2024.
According to the university’s athletics department, the camps are designed for different age groups with sessions for Little Strikers (ages 5-6), Junior Academy (ages 7-11), and Senior Academy (ages 12-17). Each session promises to deliver high-quality coaching from the university’s seasoned staff, including Head Coach Bill Bahr, who has led the team for 25 years and is a five-time CCAC Coach of the Year. Campers can expect to receive specialized training, a Nike camp ball, and a T-shirt.
The summer camps aim to continue this tradition of excellence by enhancing the skills of young athletes in a supportive and structured environment.
Registration is open, with detailed information and forms available through the university’s athletic website or by contacting Bill Bahr at bbahr@olivet.edu. Participants are encouraged to register early as these popular camps are known to fill up quickly.
