Cell Phone Heist in New Lenox’s Under-Construction Store on Route 30 Ends in Arrests

NEW LENOX, IL – In the wee hours of the morning, a brazen burglary unfolded at the AT&T store on Route 30. 

According to New Lenox police, three  daring offenders  broke into an adjacent store that was under construction, subsequently gaining unauthorized access to the AT&T outlet. In a matter of minutes, they made away with a trove of coveted cell phones and a substantial amount of cash. 

Astonishingly, no alarms alerted the police to the audacious heist. 

All three suspects have been apprehended and are currently in custody as the New Lenox Police intensify their investigation into this phone-fueled frenzy.
