Central Missouri, West Central Illinois Face Dense Fog Advisory Until 10 a.m.

St. Louis, MO – The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for northeast Missouri, central Missouri, and west-central Illinois until 10 a.m. today.

According to the advisory, road conditions may change rapidly, increasing the risk of hazardous driving. Drivers are advised to slow down, use low beam headlights, and maintain a safe distance from other vehicles. The advisory also notes that dense fog may occur in river valleys outside the primary advisory area. Follow all safety precautions when driving in foggy conditions.
