CHICAGO, IL – A startling incident unfolded Tuesday morning as police activity forced the closure of all outbound lanes on the Dan Ryan Expressway.
According to Illinois State Police (ISP), a driver’s distress call reporting gunfire hitting their vehicle set off a rapid response.
