Dino Chicken Nuggets Recall: Tyson® Brand Recalls 30,000 Pounds Over Metal Concerns

Berryville, Ark. – Tyson Brand announced Saturday it is voluntarily recalling 30,000 pounds of their Dino Chicken Nuggets in the U.S. due to potential metal contamination. 

It comes after the company reported complaints from consumers that had reportedly discovered a small, pliable metal pieces in the product.  The recall comes out of an abundance of caution.

The fully cooked nuggets, in 29-ounce packages, were produced on September 5, 2023, and bear product codes 2483BRV02 07, 08, 09, or 10, with a “best if used by” date of September 4, 2024. The fully cooked “Fun Nuggets” was sold to retailers in 29-ounce packages. 

Consumers who purchased the affected product should cut the UPC and date code, discard the nuggets, and contact Tyson® Brand at 1-855-382-3101. A list of stores that received the product is available at this link.
