Fire Engulfs Pole Barn in Wilmington Saturday: No Injuries Reported

Wilmington, IL – A fire that erupted in a pole barn on Saturday afternoon in southern Will County resulted in no injuries.

According to responders the blaze, reported at 31061 S Riley Rd, saw a heavily involved structure, but firefighters managed to control the situation without any harm to people or animals.According to reports, the incident occurred around 4:30 PM with multiple fire departments, including Braidwood, Elwood, Coal City, and Channahon, responding to the scene. 

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
