Green Bay, WI – Severe Weather Alert: Large Hail Expected Tuesday Evening

Green Bay, WI – The National Weather Service has expanded the enhanced risk for severe weather across central Wisconsin, with severe storms expected Tuesday afternoon and evening.

According to the NWS, confidence is increasing for significant severe weather, including damaging winds, large hail, and possible tornadoes. Locally heavy rainfall is also anticipated. The severe weather risk has been elevated particularly for areas including Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, and Wautoma.

Residents are urged to stay informed with the latest forecasts and have multiple ways to receive weather alerts as conditions evolve.
