Grundy County, IL: Law Enforcement Scholarship Applications Open for College Students

Morris, IL – The Grundy County Law Enforcement Managers Association is extending a helping hand to college students. In a recent announcement, the association has opened applications for its annual scholarship program, aimed at supporting individuals pursuing higher education.

According to the Morris Police Department’s Facebook post, four scholarships of $500 each are available for the 2024/25 academic year. Applicants must be high school graduates or current college students, demonstrating strong work ethics and commitment to community and public service. While all majors can apply, preference is given to those in criminal justice fields. 

The deadline for applications is April 19th, 2024. Interested students can find more details and the application link on the Morris Police Department’s social media page.
