Manteno, IL – Two people were killed Thursday in a crash at Route 50 and N. County Line Rd. with details behind the crash yet to be released.
The collision, which involved two vehicles, occurred under circumstances that have yet to be fully disclosed. According to the Kankakee County Coroner’s Office, one of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other succumbed to their injuries at the hospital later. The identities of the deceased are currently withheld, pending notification of next of kin.
