Kankakee, IL – Kankakee City Police are conducting an investigation following the discovery of a body in the city on Tuesday morning. 

According to reports from the Kankakee City Police, the incident occurred just before noon on February 6, 2024. Officers responded to a residence in the 400 block of S. Nelson Ave.
