Gary, IN – A Gary man was identified after being found dead in his home on Monday.
According to a press release from the Lake County Coroner’s Office, David Israel David, 28, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds at his residence on 4320 W. 20th Ave.
David was pronounced dead by a Coroner’s Investigator at 3:07 p.m hours. A forensic autopsy performed at the Lake County Forensic Center on Tuesday confirmed the manner of death as homicide.
The Gary Police Department, Lake County Sheriff’s Department CSI, Lake County Prosecutor’s Homicide Task Force, and Gary Fire Department EMS are involved in the ongoing investigation.
