Man arrested after allegedly exposing himself to group that included a disabled toddler

KANKAKEE – A man was arrested last week after allegedly exposing himself to a group of people in a parking lot.

According to City Police, it happened Thursday in the 1900 block of S Schuyler Avenue when 63-year-old Tyron S Peters of Kankakee allegedly approached the group, which included a disabled toddler, exposing himself.   Multiple witnesses later explain the graphic scene to police.

A search of Peters later found a glass pipe associated with narcotics.

Peters was arrested on charges of Public Indecency, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct.
